What to Expect When You Arrive
When you arrive, Jamie will greet you personally and perform a brief screening before beginning treatment. The space is private, comfortable, and child-friendly — calm and low-key, not clinical. Please bring clean, dry hair with no products (no gel, hairspray, or conditioner). Plan for 1–2 hours for a full treatment, depending on hair length and severity.
